Pedigree Analysis will soon be offered to Mudi owners that plan to breed.  Pedigree Analysis examines pedigrees to determine risk levels for inherited disorders and faults, it is a tool that will help breeders make knowledgeable choices when choosing mates.
In order to protect confidentiality, the analysis will not provide specific information about any dog in a pedigree.  Since most information in the database that will be used is voluntarily provided, the analysis cannot determine every incidence of a given trait.  Analysis scores may therefore be underestimated.
